To say a little more about myself, I've been doing art for most of my life, about 25+ years of informal artistic experience and education. My goal is not only to do this for a living but to strive to grow and improve as an artist at every opportunity.

*__1. Refunds:__
No, because payment happens at the end and the piece should be to satisfaction after final pricing is discussed and any edits settled.__2. Turnaround:__
This is my full-time job but I can't give hard deadlines as every work is variable. Be assured that once it's your turn your piece will be my priority! Please refrain from prodding me about progress, I will reach out to you when necessary!__3. Corrections/Client Approval:__
Feedback is essential in the early stages, however, after significant progress has been made, if corrections/changes are requested they must be reasonable. If changes are significant during late-stage progress, a correction fee may be added.__4. Queue Order:__
I work in order of the active queue on my Discord server. If a piece is pending progress approval from another client, I may begin work on the next in line to best utilize my work time. THAT SAID, once the previous piece is cleared to resume, the later project pauses until completion of the prior in line.__5. Rights:__
I retain the rights to the created picture and may use it for marketing, merchandise, displaying, etc, unless the client requests exclusivity permission and pays an additional fee to obtain all rights to the image. NEVER remove my watermark and ALWAYS credit me as the original artist.__6. Profit:__
The client may not profit from my work outside of character/image resell; at which point the art may only be sold at the same value that it was purchased and you surrender your rights to use it any longer. If you’re interested in a piece that will be used for merchandise or any kind of financial profit you MUST disclose such and procure the rights from me at additional fees.__7. NSFW Works:__
All characters and commissioners must be 18+ to receive NSFW work from the artist. All parties involved must consent and if something is on my “Never” list it is NON-NEGOTIABLE!__8. References:__
HAVING VISUAL REFERENCES IS PREFERRED! It is the your responsibility to supply me with accurate references for characters. That said, every artist’s style is different and this can affect the final product. Please do not request I copy the style of another artist. I will work off word-only descriptions and general reference images if no character-specific art exists already but additional charging may be applied depending on difficulty, time, and work.__9. Uploading:__
Places you can expect your commissioned work to be posted: Discord, Twitter, FA, as well as any other social media websites I may use. You may upload the work to personal galleries and websites as long as appropriate credit is given with a link/mention back to me. You may not take credit for or remove signatures from the commissioned work.__10. Save Your Commission!__
After you have been given the finished piece it becomes your responsibility to maintain your copy of the work. Please do not rely on me to do this for you. Galleries get preened sometimes, pieces get deleted, computers die, external hard drives get lost. If you lose your copy of the commissioned work, and I no longer have it available, that does not entitle you to a refund or another piece in its place.__BLACKLIST POLICY
Blacklisted individuals will be permanently banned from my Discord server and affiliated websites.**
If I discover you have bypassed my bans/limits in any way (omission of information regarding details like age of characters, not getting consent from other parties for their characters, etc) you will be permanently blacklisted.If I receive a PayPal Chargeback for any reason what-so-ever you will be permanently blacklisted.If you are not 18+ and commission NSFW work you will be permanently blacklisted.If any additional parties have characters in an NSFW piece you commissioned and these individuals are not 18+, and/or did not consent, you will be permanently blacklisted.If you commision on behalf of a person that is blacklisted, knowing they are blacklisted, you will be permanently blacklisted.If you attempt to acquire content that is clearly listed under what I won't do you will be permanently blacklisted and blocked on the spot.
